Cancellations & Returns

Return Policy


Before returning the product, it is essential that you contact the service department of your-pharmacy.gr

You can cancel the order if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our headquarters.

In the case of a company error, your return will be accepted if you notify us in no more than 5 business days. We fully refund the money that corresponds to the value of the order and shipping costs.

In the case that no mistake is made by our company, the return should take place within a period of 14 calendar days. The conditions for returning the products should be met (eg. the product has not been opened and is in excellent condition. So we suggest shipment of the product in a suitable package – not a folder)

Refunds are accepted only upon consultation and only if the products are unused in their original condition.

In the case of using the product or altering its original condition, the return will not be accepted.

Returns of your money are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products from us.

For the refund, you must specify the account to which you wish to deposit. For returns, proof of retail is required. n the case of an invoice, the return must be made by means of a dispatch note.

It is not possible to return items that need a refrigerator, baby food and milk products.
